Shipping & FAQ
All orders take 3 - 4 business days to process. After processing, we then send your order to our manufacturers and we begin with the Shipping Process.
Once your order is processed, shipping usually takes between 12 - 25 business days. Please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions, we always respond within 24 hours.
If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, BUT (I know I know it sucks) it sometimes only works while the item is in the origin country. Once it lands stateside just trust that it'll arrive within 12 - 25 working days. Once you place an order, the system will tell us AT THE LATEST when you should get your order by, which is usually something like 25 days after your order gets shipped so if you don't get it by that date, get in touch with us and we'll do everything we can until you're happy (e.g. provide you with a full refund or a store credit).
Where is my other order?
Since our products are made by a few different manufacturers, if you order a few different items, they may arrive separately so don't freak out if you open the packet and there's an item missing!
Is my payment info safe?
The store itself runs on Shopify, and all payments are either handled by Paypal, or Stripe. Either way, we don't store any of your credit card info. Ever.
What if there is a problem with my product?
Let us know as soon as you can and we'll either send you a new one, or give you your money back. No further questions asked. We know what it feels like to get a bad item after waiting patiently (unfortunately when you ship enough orders it happens, not often but it does happen) so we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
